Important Note: Your private transfers can accommodate up to 1 piece of medium-sized luggage and 1 carry-on per person. For additional luggage, a larger vehicle may be requested. Additional charges may apply.

46+ Days prior to departure: Non-refundable deposit applied as travel voucher, less incurred fees, valid for 12 months.
45 - 31 Day prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost.
Within 30 Days prior to arrival: 100% of total trip cost.
Refunds will not be made for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
Refund requests must be made in writing and are processed within 60 days.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to secure reservation. No reservation is considered confirmed until a deposit is received. Final payment must be received no later than March 1, 2024. Payments are accepted by all major credit cards, and bank transfer. You will receive secure click and pay invoices to make your payments.

While we don’t secure flights for clients, we will guide you every step of the way. You will need to arrive in Athens by May 17, 2024 and depart from Santorini on May 26, 2024.
