Itinerary and arranged sightseeing subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or things beyond our control. Every effort will be made to operate tour as planned.
Cancellation, changes and no show policy: We offer 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours (2 full days) before the scheduled tour. Prepaid tour fees will not be refunded for any reason if you cancel within the 48 hour prior window. A no show is charged in full. The meeting point is also our first stop, so we’ll be there about 30 minutes. Please note our tours start on time, so we request you arrive 10 minutes early prior to the start time for your group.
Weather Conditions: The tour runs rain or shine, please be prepared with an umbrella or raincoat in case of inclement weather. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to severe weather, we will attempt to re-schedule your tour or provide a refund. If you have purchased a ticket and decide you do not want to continue with the tour, you will not receive a refund.
Mobility: The tour involves a small amount of walking and getting in and out of vehicles. It is your responsibility to let us know in advance if there are mobility issues. In that case, we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
